OHLY® KAT/KAV

OHLY® KAT provides basic savoury flavour and umami taste thanks to its naturally high content of free amino acids. It imparts a fresh and natural note, especially to vegetable products, and is a preferred ingredient in low-sodium food products. It's extremely effective in soups and sauces, as well as low-salt seasoning blends, and cream soups based on vegetable or poultry.
Usage levels range from 0.1 % to 0.3% up to 15.0% in seasoning blends. For your convenience, it's available in powder (OHLY® KAT), liquid (OHLY® KAF) and paste form (OHLY® KAV).
