OHLY® FLAV-R-TIDE LS is a unique new product type derived from baker's yeast. It contains a high content of yeast peptides, which create interesting flavour impressions and bring out creamy and herb notes. You can also use OHLY® FLAV-R-TIDE LS to balance undesired flavour notes to achieve a more pleasant overall taste. It works particularly well in soups, sauces, ready-to-serve dishes, flavours and seasoning compounds.
Usage levels range from 0.5 % to 5.0 % on an as-consumed basis, up to 20.0 % in seasoning blends.
