OHLY® SAV-R-FULL is a baker's yeast extract with a clean taste that greatly contributes to umami taste and highlights savoury flavour notes already at low dosages. It delivers a fatty mouthfeel and texture impression and brings out juiciness and umami in plant based protein.

The free-flowing, granular powder is 100% water soluble and provides no taste on its own at usage levels typically ranging from 0,1 to 0,4% on an as consumed basis.
