X-SEED® KAT Plus is characterised by its specific combination of growth factors and free amino acids to enhance aerobic fermentations.
Made using primary cultivated baker’s yeast, it is enriched with key growth factors to boost cellular metabolism and maximise outputs.
This can be beneficial for a wide range of yeast and fungi along with certain types of bacteria in multiple applications such as the production of: enzymes, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), biochemicals and microbial biomass.
